Returns Policy

 

Returning An Order

Nortex Mill is committed to selling only high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Nortex Mill will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 28 days of the date on the receipt of your order, provided you can show us your despatch note and/or receipt and the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, ideally with it's original packaging.

To return your order, please call our Customer Services team on 01204 467707 with your order number (which you will find on the top right of your despatch note). We will give you full details regarding the return of your order.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item and delivery charge to you. Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged/faulty.

 

Refunds

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original card used to make the purchase. It usually takes around 3-7 working days to reach your account, depending on how quickly your credit/debit card company processes the refund.

Exclusions

Fabric - Once cut and despatched we cannot refund fabric orders. As all fabric is cut to length it is impossible to re-sell the fabric. That's why we provide a FREE sample service which we strongly recommend you use before placing your fabric order.

For hygiene reasons our returns policy and your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations also does not apply to the following categories: Mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows, blankets, or curtains where the heading tape has been pulled. Your statutory rights are not affected.
